Yes, I've encountered recipes that deserved to be smashed...or maybe anyone eating them needed to be smashed. This was NOT one of those recipes, however. It's entirely too good, even if it is gluten free. Who'da thunk gluten free chocolate muffins would be sooooo tasty?
